Rhyne & Son, Inc.

Order Processing Time: Once we receive your order, the typical time frame for orders to be pulled and processed depends on the shipping method:

UPS Ground: 3-5 business days

Skid (Freight): 5-7 business days

All packages are shipped via UPS or skid. All shipping and handling charges are based on the weight, size, destination, and value of each package. Your shipping charges will be calculated once the order is packed. Picking and packing orders will begin once a verified credit card is on file. Large orders will be shipped via truck freight and customers will be contacted regarding the carrier.

Shipping Policy and Claim Handling: Many items are handmade and imported. Imperfections and color variations are expected and are a natural result of this hand-made process. Therefore, this is not an acceptable reason for return and should be considered when ordering.

If breakage occurs in your shipment, please email us at info@rhyneandson.com and include pictures and descriptions. Please do not throw away packaging until all issues have been resolved with the shipping company. All claims of damage must be reported within FIVE business days of receiving the order.

Freight Caps

All truck freight orders (shipped on skid/pallet) will have a capped shipping rate.

Orders $1,000 to $1,499: 30% maximum freight charge

Orders $1,500 to $3,499: 25% maximum freight charge

Orders $3,500 to $5,499: 20% maximum freight charge

Orders $5,500 plus: 15% maximum freight charge

Exceptions: Due to increases in shipping costs, we will no longer apply freight caps to orders from the following states: California, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, and Montana

To help offset shipping costs to these states we recommend shipping to the nearest terminal. Doing so helps avoid additional costs and can greatly reduce transit time.

The following fees are in addition to the above rates (if applicable):

Residential Delivery: $95

Lift Gate Fee: $70

Inside delivery, re-delivery, call for appointment, and limited access will be individually assessed. Freight charges for UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and all skid orders can only be determined once an order is pulled and packed.
