Shipping Order Payment:

  • Shipping orders are not billed until after they have been pulled and processed. If no card is on file Rhyne & Son, Inc. will reach out before pulling any merchandise to gather necessary information. Feel free to call the warehouse during normal business hours to provide your credit card details. Unless otherwise specified, the shipping cost will be automatically added and billed with the final invoice amount.
  • Rhyne & Son, Inc. cannot guarantee merchandise will remain in stock between when the order is placed and when it is pulled. Because the warehouse is open to customers to shop in person, there is a possibility an item will be sold out before Rhyne & Son, Inc. is able to pull the order. This depends on demand, available quantity for an individual item, and the number of orders already in line to be pulled.

Pickup Order Payment:

  • Payment for pickup orders is not processed until it is picked up by the customer at the warehouse. Any additional items purchased while shopping in person will be added to the same invoice as the ordered items unless requested otherwise.
  • Items ordered ahead of time also contribute to the 10% discount for warehouse purchases over $1,500 even if they are on a separate invoice. 
  • Rhyne & Son, Inc. cannot guarantee merchandise will remain in stock between when the order is placed and when it is pulled. Because the warehouse is open to customers to shop in person, there is a possibility an item will be sold out before Rhyne & Son, Inc. is able to pull the order. This depends on demand, available quantity for an individual item, and the number of orders already in line to be pulled.
  • Pickup orders cannot be guaranteed to be pulled prior to the pickup date selected during the checkout process. If the customer needs the items before the selected date, they will need to be pulled by the customer. Rhyne & Son, Inc. will be happy to provide any assistance in locating items within the warehouse unless our staff is unavailable to leave their stations.

Rhyne & Son, Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. All items are for decorative purposes only. User assumes all risk and liability. All furniture is sold “as is”. Many items, especially all glassware and wood products, are hand-made.
