What to expect when shopping with us

Shopping In Person

Check in at the main warehouse counter. Our friendly staff will walk you through where everything is found.
Load up shopping carts full of all the great merchandise you can find! Once they’re full, either bring them to the counter, or we’ll bring you an empty cart so you can keep on shopping.
Be sure to check out all of the buildings! We have our main warehouse with all the smalls, but don’t forget about the “chicken house” full of incredible furniture and larger home decor. Directly across from that is our seasonal shed full of either florals and Spring items or Christmas merchandise – depending on the time of year.
Once you’re completely done shopping, we’ll get you checked out back at the main warehouse counter. Our thorough staff will go back through your invoice and make sure everything is correct. We’ll then collect payment for everything you take home with you, print you out a detailed invoice, and assign you a Lead Loader.
Your Lead Loader will ensure all of your merchandise is loaded efficiently and securely. You can sit back and relax while we do all the hard work and get your vehicle or trailer packed to the brim with everything you’re taking home.
That’s It – You’re Done! Now you get to enjoy the scenic drive home!

Placing A Shipping Order Online

***Please note that if any items are selected to ship via a method that we do not recommend, Rhyne & Son, Inc. is not liable for any damages that occur during shipping. Shipping Order Payment:

Shipping orders are not billed until after they have been pulled and processed. If no card is on file Rhyne & Son, Inc. will reach out before pulling any merchandise to gather necessary information. Feel free to call the warehouse during normal business hours to provide your credit card details. Unless otherwise specified, the shipping cost will be automatically added and billed with the final invoice amount.

Rhyne & Son, Inc. cannot guarantee merchandise will remain in stock between when the order is placed and when it is pulled. Because the warehouse is open to customers to shop in person, there is a possibility an item will be sold out before Rhyne & Son, Inc. is able to pull the order. This depends on demand, available quantity for an individual item, and the number of orders already in line to be pulled.

Pickup Order Payment:

Payment for pickup orders is not processed until it is picked up by the customer at the warehouse. Any additional items purchased while shopping in person will be added to the same invoice as the ordered items unless requested otherwise.

Items ordered ahead of time also contribute to the 10% discount for warehouse purchases over $1,500 even if they are on a separate invoice.

Pickup orders cannot be guaranteed to be pulled prior to the pickup date selected during the checkout process. If the customer needs the items before the selected date, they will need to be pulled by the customer. Rhyne & Son, Inc. will be happy to provide any assistance in locating items within the warehouse unless our staff is unavailable to leave their stations.

User assumes all risk and liability. All furniture is sold "as is". Many items, especially all glassware and wood products, are hand-made.
